Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
- Ready-made non-personalized products: returnable within 7 days if unused, unwashed and in original condition.
- Personalized products: not returnable for a change of mind.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect products: please notify us within 3 days of delivery to help us process the claim quickly. The product is eligible for replacement or refund after return and verification. This notification period does not limit the customer's legal rights.
